Also, she was in the Francis Ford Coppola film Youth Without Youth. She was Yasim Awar in the BBC's 5 episode The Last Enemy miniseries. Marinca made an appearance in The Romanian drama Boogie and Oliver Hirschbiegel's award-winning Five Minutes of Heaven. In the following year, she was the lead role in 2014's Fury which featured her as Irma who was the German mother of Emma.
